CAN I PURCHASE WATER?
We will have water bottles for sale at the front desk in case you forget yours at home. There is also a water fountain for filling up your bottle.
DO YOU PROVIDE TOWELS?
We do not offer towel service at the studio. If you forget to pack one, you can purchase one for $12.
DO YOU HAVE SHOWERS & LOCKERS AT THE STUDIO?
While we don’t have showers, we will provide basic hygiene necessities such as deodorant and face wash so that you can freshen up if you are on the go. We do offer small cubby spaces for your personal belongings.
HOW DO I CONTACT THE STUDIO FOR SUPPORT?
We have a 24-48 hour follow up time for emails & voicemails. Sometimes things get hectic and it will take us a few days to respond. Please don’t worry we will always follow up. Best ways for quick responses are via phone 737-226-3797 or an Instagram DM @urbanlagree
DOES THE STUDIO HAVE ALLOCATED PARKING?
Chicon: There is free street parking available right in front of the studio and on the side streets. There is a bike rack for our biking enthusiasts.
Rosedale: There is lots of free street parking in the neighborhood. There are all “x” amount of spots in front of the studio available for parking.
DOES MY MEMBERSHIP WORK AT ALL LOCATIONS?
Your membership will be interchangeable between all Urban Lagree locations.
CAN I BRING MY DOG(S) TO CLASS?
We allow for well-behaved dogs to attend class. Only two dogs are allowed in the studio at a time. No dogs are allowed on the machines at any time and must be leashed during class. We have a dog bed and water dish.
