Abbie started her fitness journey when she moved to the United States from England in 2008. She is a Level 2 Lagree Instructor, a Vinyasa Yoga and Schwinn Indoor Cycling instructor. Abbie discovered Lagree whilst recovering from an injury and was amazed by the workouts effectiveness. She became hooked on its intensity, the studio community and the results! Abbie taught Lagree for 3 years at Core40, the leading Lagree studio in San Francisco and considered it is a real privilege to be able to share this incredible workout with the East Austin community. Abbie’s classes are known to be challenging, a little cheeky but always form focused.

Katie has always had a passion for movement. She was on a club and travelling volleyball team for years and eventually moved into running half-marathons and cycling races in college. After suffering multiple injuries she was recommended the Lagree method in San Francisco by a physician. She took her first class from now business partner, Abbie, and was immediately hooked by the transformation of her body and physical strength. Within a year Katie went from client to instructor teaching at Core40, the leading Lagree studio in San Francisco. She couldn’t be more excited to bring this workout to East Austin, push clients to strengthen themselves, and cultivate a new fitness community.
