Ashley Brown
Ashley is from Alabama and found Lagree in 2023—never looking back after her first few classes. She loves the mental focus Lagree requires and how finishing each 45-minute class proves she’s capable of more than she thinks. Scrambled Eggs is her favorite move for its mix of challenge and control. When she’s not in the studio, you’ll find Ashley reading, relaxing by the pool or beach, walking the Katy Trail, or spending time with her dog, Lenox.
