With a background in corporate life spanning over a decade, Chris transitioned into the fitness industry full-time in 2022, bringing a unique perspective to his teaching style. Based in Dallas since 2009, he has been passionate about fitness since even before he began teaching in 2020. Growing up playing sports, he’s alway had a natural connection with fitness and it has been a pleasure of his to share that passion with others. He incorporates the principles of the Lagree Method into his daily workouts and client training sessions, focusing on functional fitness to promote strength and overall well-being. His sessions are crafted to be both challenging and enjoyable, utilizing his passion for music and movement to create a fun, inviting environment to.
