Anna first discovered Lagree in 2020 when she was wanting to get into a new workout routine and try something new. She immediately fell in love with the way it challenged her, and how she was able to see herself getting better and stronger between classes. She loves that Lagree is a strength building exercise that’s easy on the joints and helps with mind-body connection. Anna loves encouraging others to dig a little deeper to challenge themselves while focusing on stability and accessibility, and having some fun during your workout as well!
