Brenda was introduced to Lagree Fitness in 2019 and quickly became obsessed, falling in love with the efficiency and effectiveness of the Lagree method. 400 classes later, she is delighted to join Urban Lagree as an instructor after being a regular since it first opened! When not teaching, you can find her tending to her chickens in East Austin, throwing pottery, or curled up with a good book.
