Haley has been living in Austin since 2013 and has tried every workout class under the sun trying to find the perfect balance between strength, stability, and community. It wasn’t until she tried the Lagree Method that she realized this workout ticked all the boxes, and the results she started to see were an added bonus! As a new instructor, Haley is motivated to show clients the value and effectiveness of Lagree. She strives to create a fun and challenging experience and will encourage you to push yourself to achieve your fitness goals – and get those shakes! In her free time, Haley enjoys spending time with her English Bulldog Josie, baking, and listening to true crime podcasts.
