FAVORITE LAGREE MOVE: Back Lunge
Katie grew up in the Pacific Northwest before relocating to San Francisco where she met now business partner, Abbie. As an athlete and competitor, she came to find Lagree fitness because of repetitive injuries that led to back and neck pain. In 2015, she started practicing Lagree which immensely strengthened her core and brought her back to exercises such as distance running and cycling. She quickly went from student, to teacher, to co-founder of Urban Lagree. Katie uses high energy music, clear cues, and keeps her transitions quick to keep your heart-rate pumping through the entirety of class.
