Stephanie took her first Lagree class in October 2015 after years of competitive pole vaulting and running had taken a toll on her body. She has since used the Lagree method to work through several injuries; gain strength and flexibility; and focus her mind. With a background in neuroscience, Stephanie is just as passionate about helping others build mental resilience along with physical strength through Lagree. When not on a Megaformer, Stephanie enjoys balancing her inner STEM nerd with her love of contemporary arts, hiking with her dog, and seeing live music.
