Collette Hill
Collette has been guiding yoga and mediation classes for the last 12 years and is so excited to add Lagree to her repertoire! Since taking her first Lagree class is 2013, she felt this was a workout unlike any other, and she knew she wanted to become a coach! Collette joined the Urban community early on, and is thrilled to now be a part of the training crew. You can expect lots of alignment cues in her class as she hopes to empower others to feel safe and strong in their own bodies while also having fun and keeping things upbeat through music and lots of encouragement!
