Kristen Billings

Kristen has been practicing Lagree for over 10 years and is Level II certified. She’s passionate about helping clients build strength and progress in the method, with a strong emphasis on form and intentional movement. Outside the studio, Kristen enjoys strength training, skiing, and trekking, and works full-time as an SVP in the corporate world. When she’s not teaching or working, you’ll most likely find her spending time with her horses and her dog.
