Rachel Russell
My name is Rachel Russell, and I am originally from Mississippi! I started teaching reformer & mat pilates in college and found Lagree a few years later while in South Carolina for grad school. I have been teaching Lagree for the last 4 years and LOVE it! I have continued teaching Lagree while living in Washington DC and was excited to find Urban quickly after moving to Austin in January of 2024.
