The Studio – Frequently Asked Questions

Does the studio have allocated parking?

Chicon: There is free street parking available right in front of the studio and on the side streets. There is a bike rack for our biking enthusiasts.

Rosedale: There is lots of free street parking in the neighborhood. There are all “x” amount of spots in front of the studio available for parking.

Can I purchase water?

We will have water bottles for sale at the front desk in case you forget yours at home. There is also a water fountain for filling up your bottle.

Do you provide towels?

We do not offer towel service at the studio. If you forget to pack one, you can purchase one for $12.

Do you have showers & lockers at the studio?

While we don’t have showers, we will provide basic hygiene necessities such as deodorant and face wash so that you can freshen up if you are on the go. We do offer small cubby spaces for your personal belongings.

How do I contact the studio for support?

We have a 24-48 hour follow up time for messages. We have no phone line so please contact via email for the quickest response. Please don’t worry, we will always follow up. Email contact is info@urbanlagree.com or DM on Instagram @urbanlagree.

What is your booking window for classes?

Membership holders have a 10-day booking window. If you are visiting us via class packs or a third-party platform, your booking window will be 7 days.

How do I reserve a class?

Please download our booking app or click “account” in the top right-hand corner of our website. This will prompt you to create an account. You must have a CC on file and a class package or membership to be able to reserve a spot in class.

Can I bring my dog(s) to class?

We allow for well-behaved dogs to attend class. Only two dogs are allowed in the studio at a time. No dogs are allowed on the machines at any time and must be leashed during class. We have a dog bed and water dish.
